Dispute Policy

Overview

PortaProfits is committed to transparency. All reviews — positive and negative — remain publicly visible. This dispute process exists to flag reviews that may contain factually incorrect information, not to remove criticism.

Negative reviews, complaints, and 1-star ratings are never removed solely on the basis of their rating.

Grounds for Dispute

A dispute may be filed if a review contains:

  • Demonstrably false factual claims (e.g., incorrect dates, amounts, or events)
  • Content from someone who was not a customer of PortaProfits
  • Personal information about employees or third parties
  • Content that violates applicable law

The following are NOT grounds for dispute: low star rating, negative opinion, subjective dissatisfaction, or criticism of business practices.

How Disputes Work

  1. Contact us at support@portaprofits.net with the review URL and a description of the factual inaccuracy.
  2. We will review your request within 5 business days.
  3. If the dispute has merit, a public dispute note is added to the review. The review remains visible.
  4. If the dispute is resolved (e.g., the factual error is clarified), the review is marked as resolved with a note.
  5. Reviews are never silently removed as a result of disputes.

Reviewer Rights

If you submitted a review and believe it was incorrectly moderated, contact us at support@portaprofits.net. Reviewers may also request removal of their own review if they have changed their opinion or submitted it in error.
