i have a background in finance so i did my due diligence before investing in anything. I looked at the unit economics, the market size for portable sanitation, the automation component, and the support infrastructure PortaProfits has built. everything checked out. the numbers make sense. construction industry alone is worth billions and somebody has to service all those job sites. I've been running my route for 8 months now and returns are tracking slightly above my projections. Would recommend to anyone who does their homework first before jumping in.
